WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Provide customers with excellent care to meet and exceed their needs in the areas of project management, information, reporting, and resolution to customer issues
  • Provide reports to customers on carrier install and technician install dates to make sure the installations are completed in an expeditious manner
  • Update customers about pending and current installation dates/times, as well as any other information that the customer may require
  • Create and execute client service agreements; review client invoices for accuracy and solve any discrepancies; invoice newly installed circuits and billing for technician visits
  • Manage existing and new customer accounts as they get brought on

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Associate’s Degree preferred; minimum 3 years experience in the telecommunications industry required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional customer service skills
  • Work well as part of a team, but, able to succeed when completing individual tasks
