  • Assist customers in resolving issues related to their orders, documentation or freight concerns.
  • Handle incoming requests (via phone and email) and ensure that questions are resolved thoroughly and professionally.
  • Answer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with inventory planning team to resolve issues and optimize customer order fulfillment.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Associate Degree or two years related experience preferred 
  • RMAS experience a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation 
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Independent worker and self-started with strong self-imposed structure
