  • Assist customers with part orders using internal database, which includes data-entry of customer numbers, part numbers, quantity, etc.
  • Credit and Return Goods Authorization management
  • Assist with Customer Service Group reporting
  • Manage clerical work – filing, spreadsheets, and printing jobs
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following procedures
