WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Provide customer service to assigned house accounts and assist walk-in customers with orders
  • Receive incoming call-in orders, collect necessary information and pricing, and place orders on a timely basis for materials and supplies
  • Negotiate and obtain change order approvals as required, and assure that sales activities are supported with timely and accurate information
  • Collaborate with team members to provide rapid response to all customer’s needs
  • Assisting in other assigned projects as necessary

 

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Must possess good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday in the office- normal business hours
  • Ability to work independently with good time management skills, at times under pressure and with frequent interruptions
  • MS Office experience proficiency is required
  • Previous experience with Amtech is a plus
