WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Partners with the Senior Director of Customer Insights by deploying a robust Voice of the Customer program across the enterprise. Works closely with the Data Analytics team to connect internal operational, sales, and financial data to insights that are generated to ensure a comprehensive view of the customer.
Will be designing and executing projects from start to finish, including the development of research instruments, vendor management, and report preparation.
Responsible for all projects meeting customer objectives and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Will manage both internal and vendors on this. Assists Customer Experience team with rolling out CX/EX programs. Responsible for designing dashboards and tools to help internal customers visualize data and insights.
HOW YOU QUALIFY:
Bachelor's Degree (4 year)- Masters Degree or ongoing education and certifications- CCXP, PRC-preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years in a Customer Insights or Customer Experience role.
At least 1-2 years in a hands-on customer insights role
Must have a full understanding of customer experience disciplines and functions that extend beyond just research.
Must have data visualization skills and consultative skills in working with internal partners.
Ability to understand the elements of distribution service to the automotive industry, and how to use customer insights to help build product, craft messages and deliver on company objectives.
Uses data analysis skills using SPSS or similar statistical programs.
