  • Supports production of primary and in-house customer and market research studies using both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including but not limited to: customer experience, consumer behavior/preference, customer segmentation, A/B concept testing, competitive intelligence.
  • independently collecting, analyzing and effectively sharing data related to customer loyalty, satisfaction, effort and overall experience quality.
  • designing and executing data gathering and analyzing structured and unstructured data (both solicited and unsolicited) from all points in the customer journey
  • oversee for an entire category of an insights study, such as text analytics or infographics, and dashboard design
  • Work cross-functionally with key parts of the business to use customer insights and design thinking methodologies to create, measure, and validate experiences that exceed expectations and deliver tangible business value


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field of study
  • 3-4+ years of experience analyzing survey data working with quantitative data 
  • 2+ years of Medallia and Power BI experience or another VOC platform and/or Tableau
  • Proficiency using and working with survey platforms such as Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo), Qualtrics, Confirmit or similar
  • Remote flexible - Ability to travel onsite to Charlotte office as needed 
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship
