  • Onsite in Hickory-Conover area of North Carolina

 

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, you will lead the training and onboarding of new customer care representatives
  • You'll coach and develop care representatives on performance to provide the best brand and customer experience possible
  • Bring your experience with Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce to the table and build relationships across all levels of the team

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  •  Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree
  • Call center or customer care experience as a manager, team lead, or performance coach
  • Direct-to-Consumer and/or eCommerce and/or retail industry experience
  • Excellent communications skills and comfort pivoting at the demands of the business
