WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop the customer journey strategy across multiple channels, including web, display, email, SMS, push, social, direct mail, etc.
  • Develop and refine consumer scoring algorithms, performing regular and ad hoc data analyses to inform strategy development.
  • Lead the development of the email campaign, promotional, and testing calendar, developing segmented communication strategies to maximize adoption, retention, and loyalty.
  • Guide the integration of systems with the CRM database, ensuring optimal data structure and accurate mapping

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in CRM database administration
  • Proven expertise in Google Analytics (or similar), and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Eloqua, etc.
  • Experiencing managing and developing loyalty programs preferred
