Help a large, well-known, organization make their company smarter and more efficient through leveraging CRM data for more targeted marketing
Build, monitor and improve the CRM marketing strategy in collaboration with established digital marketing team
Report on key performance metrics and prepare relevant reports to share results across the team and report to leadership
Interpret analytics and consumer trends to make creative suggestions
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years’ of professional experience
Experience working within a CRM platform (exp. guiding system integrations, developing matching rules, reporting on CRM data, etc.)
Extensive data analytics experience with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide actionable recommendations
Proficiency in Tableau or similar is required
Strong analytical skills – creative problem solver that can run analyses using different sources of information and deliver comprehensive, balanced & impactful analysis to business leaders
