WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Responsible for maintaining and organizing travel assets, involving tasks like coordinating crew car maintenance, managing crew house agreements, and ensuring secure and clean crew apartments.
Tasked with identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives within the travel network, including negotiating hotel rates, tracking travel cost savings, and proposing new hotel properties for efficiency.
In charge of executive travel bookings, overseeing crew travel logistics, and distributing surveys. Also involves occasional travel and availability for weekend on-call travel phone calls.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Holds a High School Diploma or equivalent GED, coupled with more than 2 years of utilizing travel booking tools or software, and a history of engaging in cost-saving initiatives.
Demonstrates prior experience as a Travel Coordinator and displays excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possesses a strong grasp of time management, organization, and task prioritization.
Brings previous familiarity with Microsoft Office Products, highlighting a practical understanding of software tools essential for efficient travel services coordination.
