WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
You'll bring demonstrated expertise in creative direction (or art direction) across advertising, brand management, video (storyboarding, scriptwriting), concept presentation, and design.
Lead the development and oversee execution of successful multi-channel advertising campaigns.
Partner closely with C-suite and directors, and provide guidance to design and copy teams.
Will serve as an in-house creative director that can lead a creative team to develop engaging and on-point concepts that can be effectively executed across multiple touchpoints, including, videos, print ads, out-of-home and collateral.
Will work closely with marketing and communications team members to understand marketing objectives.
This role will serves as account management with external creative agencies on small projects. This includes: large multi service management and creative direction, ideally scriptwriting and storyboarding, along with creative brief drafting.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
5+ years' experience as an Art Director or Creative Director with a digital portfolio highlighting diversity of print, digital and multi-channel campaigns.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline.
Experience serving as an in-house creative director that can lead a creative team to develop engaging and on-point concepts that can be effectively executed across multiple touchpoints.
Passion for creating remarkable consumer experiences.
Experience doing account management with external creative agencies on small projects.
Worked on projects that include: large multi-service management and creative direction, ideally scriptwriting, storyboarding, and creative brief drafting.
