The Administrator is responsible for overseeing Sourcing and Procurement Coupa system administration. The Administrator will be working with the global P2P team across North America, Europe, and India, as well as Procurement and business users to provide application support, to assist with data analysis, upgrade test scripts, optimization, and reporting. The Coupa Systems Administrator will also be responsible for training, process documentation, day-to-day task management and provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Serve as Sourcing and Procurement Coupa administrator and subject matter expert for corporate operations and business units
  • Conduct and coordinate system optimization updates, training, and supplier interface activities.
  • Perform activities related to onboarding new suppliers into the network
  • Align and collaborate with supplier enablement and process optimization teams
  • Compile and interpret performance metrics for meetings with customers and suppliers; address operational issues as required. Participate in Quarterly and Annual business reviews
  • Research data to ascertain changes, anomalies, or new opportunities within the network
  • Ensure departmental records are maintained in accordance with established policies, procedures, and audit guidelines

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Coupa Platform Certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Coupa or Ariba P2P solutions or equivalent platforms
  • Solid experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)
  • Excellent communication and lead level skills
