• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offers and new hire screening utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Partner with business leaders to understand and ensure top tier candidates are matched to positions 
• Act as ambassador for organization internally and externally, building and investing in relationships that make an impact on forthcoming and current candidates 
• Ensure legal compliance and alignment with business strategy throughout the recruiting process

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Staffing Agency experience
• Outbound mentality not "post and pray"
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as organizations ambassador
