WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Work with business partners to discuss experience and qualifications needed per position. Organization, multi-tasking, and follow up are key!
Primary responsibility is to source and qualify candidates. Will make initial contact and conduct preliminary screen of candidate to qualify basic skills/experience, salary requirements, cultural fit, and location preference (based on position location), etc.
Ensure the recruiting process is followed by coaching all parties involved in the hiring process.
The range of positions that will be recruited include: Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Project Managers and Field Leaders
Identify and attend various recruiting events to include networking events, high school and military career fairs, new hire orientations, and other events as needed or identified.
Manage up to 40 job requisitions at once
Will be responsible for creating new recruiting and sourcing strategies. Must be able to think outside the box and remain current on recruiting trends.
Own and enhance the company Employment Brand through partnerships with vendor
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Four year degree highly preferred.
Position requires 3+ years of experience with demonstrated success in the talent management.
Experience with all phases of the recruitment life-cycle.
Experience/ability to manage the recruitment process from initial request, to working with the business to develop a staffing strategy, to final candidate selection and on-boarding.
Candidate should be proficient in MS Office, Social Media (to include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), CareerBuilder, cold-calling, resume screening. Well versed in various sourcing methods including Boolean search strings, sourcing tools, user groups, networking, and cold calling candidates to generate interest.
Must be self-disciplined, structured, possess strong communication and follow-up.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, well organized, and be able to manage several openings at a time.
