LOCATION
San Diego, CA – hybrid 2 days in office, 3 days remote

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own and lead marketing digital user experience analytics strategy, governance, implementation, maintenance, and reporting across all digital payments products and platforms conducting deep dive findings, competitive data sets, and online/offline surveys.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert to document marketing analytics requirements, collaborating directly with product owner, product manager, and solution architects to create stories and timelines for completion.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teammates to create and/or evolve tactics, developing performance reports as the business grows and the competitive environment changes
Own test and learn initiatives (A/B and multivariate), identifying opportunities, logic, test implementation, results/insights and next steps, collaborating with teams to design new experiences/pricing/features based on the results, industry trends, and best practices.
Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership on performance and optimization opportunities.
Ability to expand analytics capabilities serving as a liaison within leaders in analytics, marketing, and consumer channels to share best practices, improve strategies, collaborate on shared data collection needs, cross-branded marketing and campaign reporting.
Research and implement new tools to gain insight into the digital audiences and enhance the customer experience.
Support UX design on usability study strategy, qualitative/ quantitative analysis to inform and design new website experiences.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
7+ years of experience analyzing, reporting, testing, providing recommendations and setting digital strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, math, science, information technology or related disciplines
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud including Analytics, Target, Launch, and Media Optimizer; Google Analytics is OK
Experience with online surveys (Qualtrics, OpinionLab) and TMS platforms (Ensighten, Adobe Launch).
Experience with user testing and usability platforms.
Proven experience improving business outcomes through conversion rate optimization.
Fluency with hypothesis testing, experimental design and related statistical knowledge.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to take ownership of initiatives
Strategic thinker, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
