WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Prepare and manage all A/R, A/P, Payroll and billing functions
- Prepare monthly check run
- Review/edit/send out invoices
- Prepare and proof financial statements
- Produce monthly financial reports and present to Management
- Generate financial reports for Accountant
- Send 1099 listing to outside CPA for preparation
- Prepare financial statements for outside CPA and run through
- Contract review/administration – verify COI renewals
- Coordinate consultant invoices and payments
- Professional insurance reporting and procurement
- Use Deltek for timesheet submission, budget information
- Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate and consistent billing
- and financial reporting
HOW YOU QUALIFY:
- 5 years relevant experience
- Proficiency with Deltek / Microsoft Office
- Accurate, reliable, efficient
- Excellent organizational skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented self-starter
- Strong communication skills
