WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Accounting:

• Manage Accounting department according to GAAP.
• Ensure accurate financial consolidations for 12 entities, including 7 Foreign subsidiaries.Maintain accurate Financial Statements.
• Analyze margins, variance drivers, and cash flows.
• Follow regulatory requirements and ensure global compliance.
• Oversee cost structure and asset control.
• Manage cash flow efficiently.
• Understand tax structures, foreign exchange, and transfer pricing.
• Work with external auditor for accurate annual reporting.
• Oversee annual business planning.

Operations:

• Ensure transaction accuracy and monitor financial performance.
• Manage billing, shipping, and collections while monitoring revenue recognition.
• Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering on inventory and cost controls.
• Oversee system replacement.
• Build a high-performing Financial team.
• Handle additional tasks as needed.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification.
• 3-5 years in a challenging environment, with manufacturing, GAAP knowledge, and systems experience.
• Able to interpret laws and regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication, effective at all organization levels.
