  • Manage a team of 5+ through the period-end close process which includes a financial reporting package detailing the financial results of operations for the company.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, record journal entries, manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate inventory valuation, and reconcile all balance sheet accounts
  • Perform financial analysis to quantify variances vs. standard costs.
  • Responsible for accumulating all necessary data and overseeing the generation of bi-weekly administrative payroll.
  • Responsible for managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors and/or taxing authorities including managing the annual audit process.
  • Responsible for filing all quarterly federal and state (multi-state) payroll tax returns
  • Managing the audit process related to the 401(k) Plan
  • Annual Escheats reporting
  • Review of monthly Sales & Use Tax filings
  • Plan Administrator for 401(k) Employees Profit Sharing and Savings Plan
  • Responsible for managing banking relationships and sending all positive pay information to banking partners for any payments coming out of AP and payroll.
  • Record deposits on a daily basis.
  • Verification that all deposits and wires have been properly recorded for banking partners.
  • Review all ACH/check runs for appropriate approvals.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and ERP Systems like Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards
