CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY FOR A REMARKETING ANALYST I in DETROIT PAYING $16.78-24.40/HR . THIS IS A W-2 NON-EXEMPT POSITION.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Perform Dealer Onboarding activities and SmartAuction ID processing in the Remarketing Department.
  • Ensure the document packages are complete and accurate.
  • Process packages in a timely manner
  • Follow onboarding processes and procedures to ensure all systems are updated accurately. 
  • Communicate with sales team and cross functional partners to reconcile any issues related to an onboard.
  • Process User ID requests and communicate with Dealer Users.
  • Account maintenance activities
  • Assist with monitoring shared mailbox

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS 

Mandatory Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in a remarketing, auto, or contract administration environment.
  • A detail oriented individual
  • Business related college degree or equivalent training preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
