WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Perform all aspects of full-cycle recruitment including requisitions, job postings, interviews, offers, reference checks and onboarding
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting, evaluating candidates and advising managers
Act as ambassador for organization internally and externally, building and investing in relationships that make an impact on forthcoming and current candidates
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional experience
1-2 years of recruiting coordinator experience and exposure to full-cycle recruitment practices
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
Comfortable working with hiring managers to build relationships to better understand hiring needs
Ability to work independently, enthusiastically, creatively, and with limited direction while meeting commitments with high-quality standards
