WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle which includes, preparing, revising, examining and analyzing the documents.
  • Support corporate departments and dealerships teammates by executing varies agreements, maintaining contract files, amendments, scopes of work, termination letters, non-disclosure agreements and other contractual documents.
  • Ensure key contract compliance dates and conditions are observed
  • Develop and implement contract procedures and policies
  • Ensure all contractual terms and conditions and contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration
  • Strong understanding of Excel 
  • Eager and hungry to learn new things and tackle new projects
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and provide analysis
