WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle which includes, preparing, revising, examining and analyzing the documents.
Support corporate departments and dealerships teammates by executing varies agreements, maintaining contract files, amendments, scopes of work, termination letters, non-disclosure agreements and other contractual documents.
Ensure key contract compliance dates and conditions are observed
Develop and implement contract procedures and policies
Ensure all contractual terms and conditions and contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelors Degree
2+ years of experience in contract administration
Strong understanding of Excel
Eager and hungry to learn new things and tackle new projects
Ability to analyze large data sets and provide analysis
