WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Partner with the current HR Generalist in learning HR processes, procedures, and systems
  • Support HR activities including employee relations and talent acquisition
  • Train leaders and employees on using SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support the organization with new hire onboarding, terminations, and processing of paperwork

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 5-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator Role
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Organizational, Prioritization, and Time Management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
