CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA. THIS IS A W-2 NON-EXEMPT POSITION.

  • Work with customers both directly in a phone-based environment and indirectly through research and letter fulfillment to resolve account issues or concerns
  • Complete account analysis, and handle monetary transactions
  • Responsible for following regulatory guideline and internal service level agreements in a timely fashion
