THE LOCATION:

  • Remote
  • Will be moving to a hybrid remote work environment in early 2022 -  in Charlotte, NC

  • Generate actionable insights through conducting consumer surveys, focus groups, 1:1 interviews, data analysis, and more.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enable fact-based decision making for the organization.

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or similar
  • 2+ years' consumer research experience
  • Proficiency with Qualtrics or Medallia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present ideas and strategies to senior-level executives
