  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization for 7 major VMS/Enterprise accounts by managing performance metrics, complying with Service Agreements and other legal documents, and ensuring a positive experience for both consultant and client.
  • Maintain Service Delivery Manuals for all Enterprise Accounts, demonstrating clear understanding of Clients’ varying needs and requirements and ensuring compliance among the delivery team.
  • Work within multiple Vendor Management Systems to resolve issues with the HRIS/ATS/Payroll System, assessments, time keeping, on-boarding/off boarding processes, and overall coordination.
  • Attend quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders to review scorecard metrics
  • Analyze monthly performance metrics to ensure excellence within our delivery experience for clients and provide solutions to areas that required improvement.
  • Research key initiatives by account to promote engagement through the creation of quarterly white papers for current consultants and candidates in interview stages.
  • Manage efforts to increase contractor retention through maintaining the lifecycle of consultants. This includes involvement with onboarding, QC check ins, follow up on those with low hours, coaching with any issues, work with Recruiters on assignment extension management, assist with offboarding, and engagement for future opportunities.
  • Support Recruiting team by generating leads, building & maintaining client and consultant relationships, allocating jobs with no coverage to increase recruiting efforts, identifying jobs that may need additional candidates for social media leverage, and more.



  • 2+ years of staffing industry experience demonstrating the understanding of a VMS/MSP environment
  • Bullhorn expertise highly desired
