WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Responsible for all HR functions, working closely with  management and employees in employee relations, onboarding, new hire orientation and compliance
  • Processes payroll and serves as subject matter expert on payroll law and compliance
  • Collaborates with HR team to ensure all records are compliant and accurate
  • Review and edit payroll to ensure all transactions are processed timely and accurately

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of Human Resources and payroll experience
  • Possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
