Assists in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.
Prepares data and provides reports for the Compensation team and other partners as needed in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.
Assists with the market data submission process to vendors as well as data received. Reviews market data for jobs as needed with guidance from the Director of Compensation Process and Policy.
Reviews Job Description verbiage for consistency with similar job descriptions and to ensure it aligns with provided governance/guidance
Assists the Compensation team with organizing files in various repositories.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to prepare data and provide reports for the compensation team
