WHAT YOU WOULD DO:

  • Oversees design, implementation, administration, and ongoing evaluation of compensation program & plans with a strong focus on broad-based compensation
  • Provides subject matter expertise to all stakeholders related to broad-based compensation strategy, design, and execution
  • Oversees and evolves benchmarking strategy, survey data management, and competitive analysis including the implementation and ongoing oversight of MarketPay
  • Builds and maintains market-based pay ranges for jobs, including salary grade structure design to provide a framework for managing pay competitiveness and guiding ongoing pay decisions
  • Partners and integrates with other functions to ensure foundational elements such as job architecture, job classification/titling, and job descriptions are in place to enable effectiveness
  • Consults with HR leaders and key stakeholders on ongoing job evaluations and provides pay guidelines and related education to ensure effective, informed individual pay decision making
  • Oversees ongoing broad-based program administration activities including salary planning. working with HRIS to better leverage functionality in Workday to deliver
  • Assists ongoing as needed with additional compensation activities and targeted design efforts related, but not limited, to variable pay and sales compensation
  • Establishes compensation governance, guidelines, and processes
  • Ensures compliance with policies and practices along with company compliance with federal, state and local regulations/legislation,including FLSA
 
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field preferred5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation
  • Expert level excel user with strong data management and analytical skills required
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday) and compensation systems (MarketPay) preferred
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Able to multi-task and perform as a team player in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Creates and delivers presentations and writes in a clear, concise form
  • Comfort interacting with all levels of employees including Senior Management 
  • Possesses strong customer and results orientation
  • Knowledge of legal regulations as they pertain to compensation preferred
