WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Responsible for managing compensation program design, administration and implementation
  • Point of contact and Subject matter expert concerns or questions around the compensation program
  • Responsible for performing analysis, modeling, and calculations for annual bonuses, equity programs and other ad hoc data requests
  • Maintain relationships with HR, Hiring Managers and Corporate/Segment Business Partners

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 5-7 years experience in compensation
  • Bachelors  degree in related field preferred. CCP certification a plus
  • Experience working with multiple locations through the US
  • Strength in strategic planning, solving problems and addressing roadblocks.
  • Strong Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
