  • Acts as subject matter expert for internal partners and employees on retirement plans and options
  • Makes recommendations on all salary, promotion and demotion changes
  • Audits reports on a regular basis to identify discrepancies, errors or issues, then acts strategically to implement solutions
  • Assists HR in questions related to federal and state laws and practices

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in compensation
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
