THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Proven success in building a compensation structure.
  • BA/BS degree in a related concentration
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • CPP or SHRM certification preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
  • Excellent ability to communicate details of benefits and compensation programs
