Job Description 

• Plans, develops, and coordinates all marketing communications programs to promote integrated facilities management at firm,, and further the company's workplace culture objectives.
• Work with the team, in conjunction with other senior leaders, to establish an internal communications strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
• Develop, edit, manage, implement / distribute internal communications messages and campaigns that connect employees with workplace priorities.
• Develops strategic solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
• Work goals are attained without appreciable supervisory direction. Completed work is reviewed for desired results from a relatively long-term perspective.
• Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects internally.
• Leads communications for internal projects.
• Frequent inter-organizational and outside vendor management.
• Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult issues/crisis associated with specific projects to internal employees and external customers. Interface with other functional area specialists.
• Provide support or management of internal meetings and conferences, including event planning and logistics.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Complete understanding and wide application of technical and commercial principles, theories, and concepts. General knowledge of affiliated disciplines and businesses within firm.
• Excellent critical and creative thinking skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with consistency.
• Demonstrates strong initiative, follow-through, and follow-up.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong working knowledge of traditional and emerging media and content platforms.
• Ability to work both in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently with little supervision.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable communication.
• Clear understanding of how to reach disparate stakeholder audiences through targeted messaging and effective use of communications tools.
• Four-year degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field.
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in internal communications for a large organization.
• Outstanding, accurate, and proven English language skills: written, verbal, and editing. Writing skills required in creative, business-like style for print, electronic, and various other media.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
