  • Member of IT Employee Experience User Experience Team. This person will help to create and send project related communications. Create and update documentation, videos and other related communications materials. Conduct training sessions for employees on various IT Technologies, including M365 products.
  • Write end user communications for Corning technology deployments in the form of email, postings on our internal social media site and other company wide internal sites.
  • Participate in ITEX yearly events
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of ITEX blue line internal communication site.
  • Create and update How to documentation and videos to support education the end users on enterprise technology for global users,
  • Conduct training sessions on IT technologies, including M365 products.



  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business or another related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in training, communication or technical training. This can be college related work.
  • Experience with social media, SharePoint, Teams and various IT Technologies.
  • Effective organization, and planning skills, with ability to handle changing priorities.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of on time delivery; ability to drive projects to successful conclusion using influencing tools.
  • Ability to work with international teams across multiple initiatives that span various lines of business, geographic borders, time zones and cultures.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work in team environment and motivate others.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience training in technologies.
  • Experience producing training support documentation
  • Experience with creating and deploying communications
  • Experience working on global communications
