  • Plans, develops, and coordinates all marketing communications programs to promote integrated facilities management, and further the company's workplace culture objectives.
  • Work with the team, in conjunction with other senior leaders, to establish an internal communications strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop, edit, manage, implement / distribute internal communications messages and campaigns that connect employees with workplace priorities.
  • Develops strategic solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
  • Work goals are attained without appreciable supervisory direction. Completed work is reviewed for desired results from a relatively long-term perspective.
  • Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects internally.
