• Make collection calls on an assigned portfolio 
• Exceed department goals and metrics as it relates to collection activity
• Review accounts to track unapplied cash and follow up on errors
• Perform analysis on existing and potential customer profiles

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 1+ years of experience in Collections 
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated self-starter, analytical mindset
• Knowledge of basic Accounts Receivable functions 
• Microsoft Excel is a plus
