- Along with the VP of Operations, development of new business and company endeavors from VA to GA
- Present products and offerings to key decision makers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute on warm leads and drive new sales
- Report the voice of the customer back to your team, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the company roadmap
- Responsible for managing sales cycle, reporting on account activity and opportunity status
- Partner cross-functionally with Field Teams, Pre-Construction, and Estimating on high-potential and current projects
- 5+ years of true sales experience in a B2B environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience utilizing a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a mechanical, plumbing, construction, or a service-based industry.
- Office location in Mooresville, travel will be from VA to GA.
- Candidate needs to have previous track record with networking and business acumen.
