WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Works in a client facing capacity and engages with prospects answering inquiries and requests.
Coordinates the account onboarding lifecycle to include compiling new account documentation, collaborates with internal partners with regard to account details, following all compliance and regulatory processes with a high degree of accuracy.
Oversee the day-to-day servicing and maintenance of client accounts, platforms, and CRM records, handling client records per compliance regulations.
Ensures client needs are met through collaboration with internal partners on behalf of client.
Compile portfolio-level analytics for creating client portfolio reviews
Has exposure to clients and prospects by participating and coordinating calls and meetings.
Collaborates with internal marketing partners to create and distribute prospecting materials to potential clients.
Analyze company financial statements and investment policies to work with the various investment teams in creating proposed portfolios
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
2-3 years of early-career work experience in the finance field.
Ability to interact with high net-worth individuals
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Organization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working under and meeting strict deadlines.
Prefer experience with Advent APX, Salesforce and FactSet
