WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Newly created role that reports to the VP of Strategy this position will ensure launch a new enterprise client in the Financial Services sector.
Will establish the structure of the team to ensure client development, account management and recruiting delivery exceeds client SLA Expectations.
Drive SOW deliverables to ensure each project and resources is successful during engagements.
Establish and grow relationships with key client hiring manager teams (Principle, Director, VP & C-Level) within the client with a heavy focus on IT, Accounting, Marketing, IT and Finance.
Maintain regular communication (Update activity in CRM) with the VP of Strategy to keep abreast of account progress & evolve account execution plan.
Manage and close opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle.
Be responsible for the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, complex deal shaping, management of client interactions and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.
Champion the AccruePartners Business Systems and sourcing strategy ecosystem across the entire enterprise
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
5+ years of staffing industry experience demonstrating the ability to drive repeatable processes with positive client outcomes in large scale enterprise accounts with SOW spend.
Skilled at presenting value around technology solution-based sales.
Bullhorn/ATS expertise desired
Ability to coach and lead by example
Highly accountable and aligned to the core values of AccruePartners
Highly curious, inquisitive, and organized
Must be highly responsive and driven naturally to be successful
