WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Obtains and analyzes the validity of a customer's complaints.
  • Assists clients with transfers, deposits, and bank service transactions.
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with customers.
  • Responds to client inquiries regarding bank products and services via phone or in person.
  • Resolves complaints from clients pertaining to banking services and provides follow-up calls when necessary.
  • Suggests appropriate products, services, and/or solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Creates reports for the sales force regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings.
  • Keeps records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc., as well as banking service transactions performed.

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • High School diploma
  • Advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 1-2 years' experience responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Demonstrated skills/experience utilizing the internet as a research tool
