WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support insurance policy renewals, including timely compilation of all underwriting information
  • Maintain incident-tracking system for company to capture necessary data to provide a statistical view of the safety performance of the company
  • Provide consultative and technical expertise on insurance and risk management issues
  • Management of self-insured Worker’s Compensation, Auto and General Liability programs
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversee the third-party claims administrator for claims administration, litigation management and financial analysis

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; 2-3 years of relevant claims and/or insurance adjustor experience require
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and recognize the importance of deadlines
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with a team
