WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Develop an overall change, communication, and training strategy
Lead change update meetings providing updates on latest industry standards while reducing operational risk and improving business efficiencies.
Serve as a champion for the Oracle Fusion implementation providing clear and consistent progress updates that address unique concerns while ensuring business runs as usual.
Conduct stakeholder assessment and engagement surveys, collaborating cross-functionally to understand specific requirements and develop a strategic plan that ensures data integrity and security
Document key change management deliverables and assist in preparing training materials and work instructions to train the end users and jointly test the delivered solutions.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
10+ years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle ERP Applications
Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, and conduct user training workshops.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Technology.
