- Lead change update meetings providing updates on latest industry standards while reducing operational risk and improving business efficiencies.
- Serve as a champion for the Oracle Fusion implementation providing clear and consistent progress updates that address unique concerns while ensuring business runs as usual.
- Conduct stakeholder assessment and engagement surveys, collaborating cross-functionally to understand specific requirements and develop a strategic plan that ensures data integrity and security
- Document key change management deliverables and assist in preparing training materials and work instructions to train the end users and jointly test the delivered solutions.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 10+ years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle ERP Applications
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, and conduct user training workshops.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Technology.
