Senior Executive Recruiter- Gaming & Esports- REMOTE

Who they need:

  • A devoted and passionate recruiter who is naturally competitive, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and someone who is excited to create the future of the company in a very niche and authentic candidate and client experience
  • Someone to impact clients and the company daily and enjoys the challenge of finding purple squirrels and sharing with clients the talent insights on what it will take to find the employees they need
  • Experience in a broad spectrum of skill sets; IT, Product Marketing, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Software Engineering

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, source, and screen top-tier talent across the United States and pockets of clients globally.
  • Utilize recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Discord and other social media platforms to identify talent for position requirements
  • Help manage candidate flow through the in-house tracking systems (Familiarity Bullhorn is a plus)
  • Must be client-facing with the hiring managers to communicate all aspects of recruiting and search results along with market analytics
  • Meet aggressive activity goals in various areas 
  • Participate in daily meetings to discuss top-priority jobs and current candidate pipelines

Experience Desired:

  • 5+ years of agency recruiting experience demonstrating top tier performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships with
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, preferably a start-up
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
  • Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly if you don’t know it already you need to GTS
  • Many of our clients are on the west coast and available to Pacific Standard time is required and sometimes international time zones
