THE DETAILS:

  • Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (2x a week on-site)
  • 1 month contract

 
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  •  Update existing creative across all digital channels to be consistent with our current branding, visual identity, and industry best practices.
  • Use strong problem solving skills and the right templates to translate existing designs into various sizes in a short amount of time.
  • Design and create final, production ready creative digital assets and resolve any asset issues that arise during production.
  • Advocate for strong file structures optimizing your workflow and our teams workflow.

 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 2+ years production design experience
  • Strong handle of graphic design principles with excellent typography and layout skills
  • Comfortable working with existing designs
  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Expert knowledge of file formats, compression techniques and building working files inside a collaborative file structure
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized with a clear and responsive communication style
  • Meticulous attention to detail paired with high quality executions
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels and disciplines

  • Partner closely with the Brand, Creative and Digital teams to transform the brand creative vision and strategy into holistic and engaging print and digital content
  • Responsible for concepting, pitching and overseeing the development of strategic creative executions.
  • Create creative assets using the full Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Deliver outstanding problem-solving and design sensibilities across a diverse range of mediums and channels.
  • Effectively completes a steady flow of creative projects for a variety of internal clients from Brand Development to Location Relationship Marketing (LRM), from Human Resources to franchise partners (both domestic and international), etc.

 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 5+ years of graphic design and production experience is required
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency with a  project management tool such as Workfront, Asana, Jira or similar is required
  • Experience designing print and digital assets including signage, packaging, web, email, in app, social and digital display, etc. is required
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Experience with branding and identity design
  • Food and Beverage or CPG experience is preferred.
