WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Monitor marketing channels, provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance data analysis.
  • Track and analyze performance of marketing initiatives and provide feedback on how to influence conversions and tactics to optimize spend while driving results. Proactively monitor media landscape to evolve marketing channel weight.
  • Support all in-hub activities (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Mobile App, CRM tactics etc.) and integrated campaigns, programs, and always-on presence. 
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Reporting manager to support return-on-investment (ROI) and key-performance indicator (KPI) reporting for all marketing-channel campaigns.
  • Safeguard campaign set up for successful measurement, including learning strategy, channel test plan development, and tagging structure.

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 1-4 years of total work related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or Mathematics
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) - Power user 
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Google Analytics experience
    • Tableau Power User 
    • Expertise in Advertising & Marketing Technology and, campaign optimization
    • Expertise in Google Analytics, Data Studio, SQL/SAS a plus
