WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Work with internal teams, IT department, Brand management, and outside agencies and vendors to manage incoming data feeds off sales transactions.
Support Email and SMS Opt Ins/outs, data appends, provides data review of year-over-year behaviors of guests to drive informed campaign decisions by CRM in the Marketing of products via various channels.
Provide match-back reporting to demonstrate efficacy of campaign builds, sales attribution, and marketing initiatives.
Build data sets/models for list-sizing for email, SMS, Direct Mail, social channels in partnership with Campaign Insights team.
Develop campaign workflows within Adobe Campaign or other primary campaign management platform and executes campaign data verification as well as exclusion or look alike lists for vendor partners.
Offer suggestions to streamline processes in data management.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin
2-6 years of work related experience
Experience in lead generation, heavy experience with email marketing delivery and engagement.
10% travel required
Preferred but not required:
Experience in Data Management, Campaign Creation – Adobe Campaign preferred, Audience development and segmentation, Marketing Automation.
SAS/SQL, Model Development, Predictive, Data Vendor Management experience.
