WHERE THIS SITS:
New Orleans, LA preferred
Fully remote with limited travel is possible
Work Hours 9AM-6PM Central Time
Travel to New Orleans/New York City 4 to 6 times/year
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Support NetSuite ERP implementation and end-users. Be the NetSuite subject matter expert for the organization.
Support Celigo connectivity between NetSuite and Shopify
Support Shopify e-commerce/POS Integration with NetSuite
Support NuOrder (wholesale ordering portal) and Integration with NetSuite
Manage SPS Commerce EDI integrations between key wholesale accounts and NetSuite
Responsible for Project Management: gather requirements and development of functional specifications, and manage stakeholder and 3rd party vendor interaction
Monitor Help Desk and provide triage/assist in troubleshooting systems issues including hardware and connectivity issues if/as needed
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
Minimum 3-years’ experience working with and supporting NetSuite systems and users
Experience with NetSuite AFA vertical a major plus
Experience with Celigo-based NetSuite integrations a major plus
Programming/scripting experience a plus
Experience with configurations and data within Shopify Plus and Shopify POS a major plus
Experience with NuOrder a major plus
Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be comfortable working closely with, presenting to, and having meaningful discussions with, individuals and groups at different levels within the organization
Facilitates effective team interaction/acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions
Ability to build relationships with and between people of different backgrounds
Ability to working with virtual teams that span departments and time zones
Problem solver/identifies critical issues with ease and a sense of urgency
Exhibits confidence and knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
Familiarity with laptops (Mac & Windows) a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where most IT services are outsourced
