  • Partnering with chiefs of staff, culture action teams, and readiness organizations within the Client Services lines of business, and with other Client Services Business Management teams, to support their day-to-day operational efforts.
  • Developing creative solutions to engage and prepare associates working in high-volume contact center and back-/middle-office operations environments.
  • Interacting with business partners about projects/initiatives to understand and communicate impacts to Client Services.
  • Conducting research and gathering and creating content for key business events and presentations (e.g., town halls, lunch and learn sessions, executive reporting needs).
  • Supporting/staffing associate engagement and recognition programs and events.
  • Collaborating with other business management partners on behalf of Client Services.            
  • Provide change management and communications support to enable the success of the company’s major transformation efforts.
  • Be passionate about providing unparalleled levels of service to internal customers/business partners

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of business management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills, and familiarity with AP Style
  • Project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal presentation skills
  • Previous experience developing online content and knowledge of web-based content management systems
  • Ability to function effectively in an environment of ongoing change, reprioritization, and reorganization
