Generates complex metrics and drafts and reviews reports in assigned functional business area to inform decisions on tactical issues that impact the business.
Implements policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.
Implements process improvements in the assigned business area.
Analyzes and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
Ensuring the accuracy, validity, and completeness of all documentation necessary to meet organizational, industry, and governmental regulatory requirements.
Supports business management projects by documenting risks, issues and action items.
Drives meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Prior business management and financial analysis experience
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both in written format and orally
Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders in operations and throughout a large enterprise (from entry level staff to senior executives)
Experience analyzing financials and metrics and translating them into clear, visually effective, easy to understand communications and presentations
Experience working under conditions of ambiguity and possesses a team player attitude - open to go above and beyond to get the job done
Ability to transform data and metrics into insights
Experience working independently, navigating ambiguity, and maintaining a calm disposition during times of urgency to meet fast approaching deadlines
