THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Principal Expectations:
Collaborate with the Senior Director on overall Corporate Citizenship Operations.
Coordinate with the various program managers and departments as necessary, for the efficient and effective financial management of grants
Assist in monitoring grant activities by performing grant reconciliations and analytical reviews of grant accounts
Process payments of donations to nonprofits (CyberGrants) – includes preparing, balancing, and coding with general ledger accounting data
Process employee volunteer hour matching donations
Contribute to ad hoc analytical projects as necessary
Mandatory Skills:
Accurate input of data
Ability to learn new system (Cybergrants) and follow workflow prompts
