  • Facilitate delivery of HR services to employees, managers, HR, Recruiters and Learning Coordinators directly and through HR suppliers.
  • Generate reports, provide analysis and respond to report requests from HR community.
  • Serve as a point of contact for queries and requests when questions cannot be answered through self-service or supplier call centers.
  • Identify problems, resolves most issues and can identify solution options.
  • Manage service delivery channels including employee portal, employee self-service features, help desks and back office.
  • Manage suppliers, as needed, as determined by HR Operations Manager.
  • Assist in continuous process improvement activities to refine HR services.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for special projects as necessary.
  • Apply relevant regulations, policies and procedures to business issues and day to day responsibilities.


  •  1+ years of experience in HR or Payroll Operations within a shared services operations team to include SOX and HR Risk Management awareness preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience with case management systems, preferably Service Now.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, Vlookups, and formula-driven data transformation required.
  • General understanding of business process outsourcing and supplier contract management helpful.
  • Experience designing and deploying online surveys and analyzing and distilling results for leadership.
  • Experience in Six Sigma/DMAIC or similar process quality methodology helpful PHR certification helpful.
